1. Approve the enclosed Rules of assignment of the status of breeding animal.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after the first official publication.

Rules of assignment of the status of breeding animal

1. General provisions

1. These rules of assignment of the status of breeding animal (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 2) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 9, 1998 "About breeding livestock production" and determine procedure for assignment of the status of breeding animal.

2. Assignment of the status of breeding animal is performed by republican chambers on breeds of cattle by their registration in chamber.

3. The status of breeding animal is given once during animal life in case of the birth separately on each head of cattle.

4. In these rules the following concepts are used:

1) breeding animal - the thoroughbred, high quality, highly productive animal who is answering to type, the direction and level of productivity of breed, having card of breeding animal or the breeding certificate;
