1. Approve additional forms of budget reports:

1) the report on results of the control events held by service of internal control of the central state bodies and local executive bodies financed from the regional budget, city budgets of republican value and the capital according to form to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the summary report on results of the control events held by services of internal control of local executive body of area, city of republican value and the capital according to form to appendix 2 to this order;

3) the summary report on results of the control events held by bodies of internal state financial control under the republican budget according to form to appendix 3 to this order;

4) the summary report on results of the control events held by bodies of internal state financial control according to local budgets according to form to appendix 4 to this order.

2. Terms of provision of budget reports:

1) services of internal control of the central state and local executive bodies financed from the regional budget, city budgets of republican value and the capital quarterly to the 5th following reporting quarter and following the results of the corresponding financial year till January 20 of the year following after accounting year for control of compensation condition in the budget of the amounts of the violations revealed by bodies of internal state financial control represent respectively to the body for internal control authorized by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and to its territorial subdivisions reports on results of the control events held by service of internal control on paper and electronic carriers (Microsoft Excel) according to appendix 1 to this order;
