According to article 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About waste" and for the purpose of settlement of activities for operation of subjects of the address with household waste I ORDER:

1. Approve Service regulations of subjects of the address with household waste which are applied.

2. To department of improvement of the territories and public service (Ignatenko O. P.) together with Department of normative legal regulation (Tatarintseva M. A.) provide this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. To impose control for accomplishment of this order on the First Deputy Minister Alipov O. M.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Service regulations of subjects of the address with household waste

І. General provisions

1.1. These Rules regulate activities for operation of subjects of the address with household waste.

1.2. These rules are obligatory for all subjects of managing irrespective of pattern of ownership performing overload, sorting and burning of household waste, and also conversion of organic component which is available as a part of household waste, on the corresponding objects which are effective, and the new objects accepted in operation according to Procedure for acceptance in operation finished with the construction of facilities approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 No. 461 (further - subjects of the address with household waste).
