Some questions of use of forms of securities, documents of the strict reporting which economic activity on production is subject to licensing

According to Item "About licensing of certain types of economic activity" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides 13 parts three of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Approve the list of forms of securities and documents of the strict reporting which economic activity on production is subject to licensing which is applied.

2. Determine that the available remaining balance of forms of documents of the strict reporting which are not included in the list approved by this resolution is used, considered, stored and is destroyed with observance of the established requirements.

3. To executive bodies during execution of the functions assigned to them to conduct procurement of forms of documents of the strict reporting by the conclusion of direct contracts with their producers.

4. Provide to the Ministry of Finance production of forms of securities and documents of the strict reporting with use of modern protective technologies.

5. To the Ministry of economic development and trade together with the Ministry of Finance and Public service concerning development of entrepreneurship and regulatory policy to analyze the prices, profitability level during production and sale of forms of documents of the strict reporting and by results to inform the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

6. To the Ministry of Justice together with other central executive bodies to develop also tax for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the bill concerning cancellation of forms of documents of the strict reporting.

7. To the ministries, other central executive bodies to bring own acts into accord with this resolution.
