About modification of the Procedure for making of notarial actions by notaries of Ukraine

1. Bring in the Procedure for making of notarial actions by notaries of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of February 22, 2012 No. 296/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 22, 2012 for No. 282/20595, such changes:

1.1. ІІ to add subitem 1.12 of Item 1 of Chapter 2 of the Section with the paragraph of such content:

"During transactions on sale (exchange) of real estate objects by physical persons in the values given in the Tax code of Ukraine, and also in other cases determined by the legislation of Ukraine, the notary certifies the relevant agreement in the presence of estimated cost of such real estate which is determined by the subject of estimative activities - subject of managing of private pattern of ownership which exclusive type of activity is assessment for the purposes of the taxation and charge and payment of other obligatory payments which are levied according to the legislation (including the transactions which are subject to the notarial certificate and/or state registration) which received the certificate of the subject of estimative activities for the direction of assessment for the purposes of the taxation and charge and payment of other obligatory payments which are levied according to the legislation, and information on which is included in the State register of appraisers and subjects of estimative activities for the direction of assessment for the purposes of the taxation and charge and payment of other obligatory payments which are levied according to the legislation.".
