About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2003 No. 93

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2003 No. 93 "About collection of payment for customs clearance of goods and vehicles out of the location of customs authorities or out of the working hours established for customs authorities" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 4, Art. 139; 2006, No. 14, Art. 998; 2008, No. 87, Art. 2918; 2011, No. 77, the Art. 2852) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective since June 1, 2012.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2003 No. 93

1. In the resolution:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in the name and Item 1 of the word "for customs clearance of goods and vehicles" "for accomplishment of customs formalities by customs authorities";

The word and figures of "Article 71" shall be replaced with words 2) in introductory part also in figures of "Article 247 part eight";

Item 2 to state 3) in such edition:

"2. Determine that:

the payment for accomplishment of customs formalities by customs authorities out of the location of customs authorities or out of the working hours established for them (further - payment), is levied according to the written appeal of the customs applicant or person authorized by it to customs authority according to the procedure, determined by the Ministry of Finance;

the payment is levied in hryvnia on the official (currency) rate established by National Bank which affects date of submission of the customs declaration and in case accomplishment of customs formalities is not connected with submission of the customs declaration, - for date of the actual payment;
