About loss of force of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to articles 7 and 41 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 69 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 27.12.2007 No. 480 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for creation and promulgation of the financial reporting of banks of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 18.01.2008 for No. 32/14723;

the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 19.12.2008 No. 438 "About modification of the Instruction about procedure for creation and promulgation of the financial reporting of banks of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 10.01.2009 for No. 4/16020;

the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 17.03.2009 No. 141 "About approval of Changes to the Instruction about procedure for creation and promulgation of the financial reporting of banks of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 02.04.2009 for No. 292/16308.

2. To accounting department (Lukasiewicz B. V.) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine for use in work.

3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
