About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About ensuring unity of measurements"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About ensuring unity of measurements" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2007, No. 7 - 9, the Art. 718) the following changes and amendment:
1. In all text of the Law of the word "National Institute of Standards and Metrology" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "authorized body on metrology" in the corresponding cases.
2. To declare paragraph two of Article 1 invalid.
3. In paragraph three of part 2 of Article 5 the word "authorizations" to exclude.
4. Regarding the 2nd Article 6 of the word "are established by state body on ensuring unity of measurements" shall be replaced with words "affirm the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic".
5. Regarding the 2nd Article 7 of the word "The State Body on Ensuring Unity of Measurements Establishes" shall be replaced with words "The government of the Kyrgyz Republic claims".
6. Add Article 8 with part 5 of the following content:
"Requirements to measuring instruments are established by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
7. In Article 9:
regarding 2 words "establishes state body on ensuring unity of measurements" shall be replaced with words "approves the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic";
regarding 3 words "received authorization on carrying out the specified works" shall be replaced with words "representatives state body on ensuring unity of measurements";
in part 5 of the word "the certificate on approval of type" shall be replaced with words "the document of the established form".
