About entering of amendment into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About oil and gas"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About oil and gas" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 9, the Art. 327) the following amendment:
add Article 6 with part 3 following of content:
"The government of the Kyrgyz Republic has the right to prohibit oil export and gas, got in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, and products of their conversion for the term of no more than six months within calendar year with indication of the reasons.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
