About entering of amendments into the resolution of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2005 No. 52

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for maintaining the Register of the foreign organizations for the international adoption and the list of the data which are subject to inclusion in it approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2005 No. 52 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 108, 8/12819; 2009, No. 57, 8/20205), following amendments:
subitem 8.4 of Item 8 after the words "surnames", and "middle names" to add respectively with the words "own" and "(in the presence)";
"surname", and "middle name" to add subitem 9.1 of Item 9 after words respectively with the words "own" and "(in the presence)".
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 24, 2012.
