Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of January 18, 2008 No. 3 "About approval of the Instruction about conditions, procedure and terms of provision by courts of information in departmental databank of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus on citizens of the Republic of Belarus, the right on which departure from the Republic of Belarus is temporarily limited" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 28, 8/17992).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
