About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 17, 2001 No. 1817

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. The paragraph the fourth parts three of Item 6 of the Regulations on reference of products (works, services) to products (works, services) of the own production approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 17, 2001 No. 1817 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 1, 5/9613; 2011, No. 88, 5/34241) to state in the following edition:

"observance of necessary conditions by the producer, production and technological operations, in case of which accomplishment goods according to appendix 1 (with notes, except for Item 2.1 of the note 2) to Rules of determination of the country of goods' origin, being integral part of the Agreement on Rules of determination of the country of goods' origin in the Commonwealth of Independent States of November 20, 2009, it is considered the events from that country in which they took place.".

2. To consider the certificates of products (works, services) of own production issued by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry before entry into force of this resolution valid before the termination of term of their action.

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
