About modification of article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About child care" concerning strengthening of social protection of foster homes and orphanages of family type

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About child care" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 30, Art. 142; 2009, 39, the Art. 550) after part four to add No. with new part of such content:

"To orphanages of family type and foster homes in which respectively three or more children live at least a year and also to families (except large families) in which three and more children live at least a year, considering over what guardianship or care is established, the privileges provided by part three taking into account the conditions determined by part four of this Article are provided".

With respect thereto the fifth and sixth to consider parts respectively parts six and the seventh.

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2013, except Item 2 of this Section which becomes effective from day of publication of this Law.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine till January 1, 2013:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries both with others central and local executive bodies of the regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
