About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About priority of social development of the village and agro-industrial complex in the national economy" concerning provision to individual rural builders of the public soft credits

1. The name and parts the first and second article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About priority of social development of the village and agro-industrial complex in the national economy" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 32, Art. 453; 1994, No. 23, Art. 159; 2009, 38, 535) to state No. to the Art. in such edition:

"Article 11. Privileges for individual housing construction within villages and settlements, and also outside villages and settlements in the isolated farmer estates

The government of Ukraine, local public administrations promote development of individual housing construction within villages and settlements, and also outside villages and settlements in the isolated farmer estates, create to rural builders (local population and citizens who move to the rural zone on permanent residence) preferential terms concerning providing with construction materials and the equipment, provision by it of services and soft long-term public credits.

Individual rural builders possess the public soft credit on condition of their accommodation (or resettlements for permanent residence) in the rural zone within villages and settlements, and also outside villages and settlements in the isolated farmer estates and confirmations of the solvency by them".

2. This Law becomes effective from the day following behind day of its publication.
