The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Family code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, Art. No. 21-22, 135) such changes:

Part one of Article 57 to add 1) with items 4 and the 5th such content:
