1. Part the fourteenth article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About militia" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1991, No. 4, Art. 20; 2009, Art. No. 10-11, 137) to add Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the words "except for activities for provision of services of food of employees of bodies and divisions of internal affairs and services in repair of means of communication and telecommunications".
2. This Law becomes effective from the day following behind day of its publication.
