About modification of the Section VIII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance" concerning stimulation of payment of the current payments on single fee on obligatory national social insurance and debt repayment in the Pension fund of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. The Section VIII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance" (2011, Art. No. 2-3, 11) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Item 7-1 of such content:

"7-1. Payers who within six months from the date of the introduction "About modification of the Section VIII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About collection and accounting of single fee for obligatory national social insurance" concerning stimulation of payment of the current payments on single fee for obligatory national social insurance and debt repayment in the Pension fund of Ukraine" submitted the application to operation of the Law of Ukraine to relevant organ of the Pension fund of Ukraine are granted the right to payment by installments of outstanding amounts on payment of insurance premiums which are not extinguished on the date of the conclusion of the agreement on payment by installments of outstanding amounts on payment of insurance premiums, for the period till December 31, 2010 if on the date of filing of application the payer has no debt on payment of single fee on obligatory national social insurance.

Outstanding amounts on payment of insurance premiums which are not extinguished on the date of the conclusion of the specified agreement rassrochivatsya and are subject to payment by equal parts during 24 calendar months, since month of submission of the statement by the payer in relevant organ of the Pension fund of Ukraine.
