About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning improvement of settlements

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About local self-government in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997 No. 24, Art. 170 with subsequent changes):

1) in Article 30 part one Item "and":

in subitem 4 shall be replaced with words the word of "parking" "public bathrooms, parking and platforms for the parking";

in subitem 7 of the word of "the production territories" shall be replaced with words "settlements";

add with subitem 17 of such content:

"17) issue of permission to violation of subjects to improvement in the cases and procedure provided by the law";

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About improvement of settlements" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005 No. 49, Art. 517; 2008 No. 48, Art. 358; 2010 No. 5, Art. 41; 2011 No. 34, Art. 343; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of December 22, 2011 No. 4220-VI):

1) in Article 1 part one:

in paragraph three of the word "public" shall be replaced with words "improvements of settlements";
