About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning settlement of collection of collection on social and economic compensation of risk of the population living in the territory of observation zone

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1) the text of article 12-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About use of nuclear energy and radiation safety" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1995, No. 12, Art. 81; 2010, 1, 3) to state No. to the Art. in such edition:

"Financing of actions of rather social and economic compensation of risk of the population living in the territory of observation zone is performed from special fund of the Government budget of Ukraine due to collection on social and economic compensation of risk of the population living in the territory of zone of observation (dalshesbor).

Payers of collection are the operating organizations of nuclear installations, the companies for production and conversion of uranium ores, and also the companies which are customers of construction of the nuclear installations or objects intended for the treatment of radioactive waste, having nation-wide value.

Subject of collection of collection is:

for the operating organizations of nuclear installations - I will eat around (cost) of the realized electrical energy which is made by nuclear power plants in the accounting period (excluding tax on value added) which is determined based on the statements of sale of electrical energy which are drawn up by the payer of collection and the buyer of electrical energy according to the contract between members of the wholesale market of electrical energy of Ukraine;

for the companies for production and conversion of uranium ores - amount of the end products sold by the payer of collection in the accounting period (uranium concentrate, in kilograms to within decimal sign) which is determined based on the delivery-acceptance certificates of such products which are drawn up by the payer of collection and the buyer. The specified acts shall contain data on amount of the end products sold by the payer of collection in the accounting period;
