About rules of ethical behavior
This Law determines the leading standards of behavior of persons authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government during execution of them office powers and procedure for attraction them to responsibility for violation of such regulations.
1. For the purposes of this Law:
the term "private interests" is used in such value - any interests of person predetermined by personal, family, friendly or any other off-duty relations with other persons including private valuable and non-property interests, and also those which arise in connection with membership of person or with its activities which are not connected with accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government in public, religious or other organizations;
the terms "conflict of interest" and "illegal benefit" are used in the values determined by the Law of Ukraine "About the principles of prevention and anti-corruption".
