1.2. the fourth offer of subitem 1.12 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 18, 2007 No. 657 "About some questions of reconstruction of apartment houses" (2008, 1, 1/9231) to state the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus to No. in the following edition: "From the date of agreement signature the shareholder shall bring payment for housing and communal services according to the legislation, and also bear risk of accidental death of property;".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
