About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public service"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public service" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2004, No. 12, the Art. 529) the following changes:

1. In all text of the Law:

the words "The Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic for Public Service" and the word "Agency" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "authorized state body for public service" in the corresponding cases;

to replace the word "director" in different case forms with the word "head" in the corresponding cases.

2. In Article 1:

in paragraph four to replace the word of "Administration" with the word of "Device";

in paragraph seven to replace the word of "Administration" with the word "Device".

3. To state part 12 of Article 12 in the following edition:

"The authorized state body for public service is headed by the head appointed to position by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic. The structure and Regulations on authorized state body for public service affirm the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

4. To state part 13 of Article 20 in the following edition:

"The regulations on certification of government employees are brought by authorized state body for public service and affirm the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

Article 2. To the president of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.

Article 3. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
