"Article 12. Management of scientific institution
The head of the public scientific institution is elected by secret vote on general meeting of labor collective on alternative basis for a period of 5 years from among specialists with academic degree of the doctor of science of the corresponding profile and qualification or having experience of the leading work in the corresponding industry with academic degree of the doctor of science.
The same person cannot be elected more than two terms in a row.
The procedure for dismissal of heads of scientific institutions is determined according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic in two-month time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
