About modification of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 27, 2001 No. 215

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 27, 2001 No. 215 "Questions of the organization of accomplishment of the Law of Ukraine "On citizenship of Ukraine" (with the changes made by Decrees of June 27, 2006 No. 588, of August 19, 2010 No. 826 and of February 1, 2012 No. 46) the following changes:

1) in Regulations on the Commission in case of the President of Ukraine concerning nationality approved by the specified Decree:

in the paragraph the second item 4 of the word to "The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words to "The public migratory service of Ukraine";

in paragraph three of Item 8 of the word "Ministries of Internal Affairs of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "The public migratory service of Ukraine";

2) according to the procedure of production according to statements and representations concerning citizenship of Ukraine and execution of the made decisions, approved by the specified Decree:

a) to state paragraph two of item 4 in such edition:

"person living in Ukraine on legal causes - in management, department (sector) of migratory service in the area, the area in the city, the city of regional, republican (Autonomous Republic of Crimea) value at the place of residence of person in Ukraine";

b) to add the paragraph of the sixth of Item 5 with the words "also copies of such documents move";

c) the subitem "b" and paragraph one of the subitem "v" of Item 7 to state in such edition:

"b) persons who as of August 24, 1991 or for November 13, 1991 did not reach age of majority and which parents belong to the categories specified in the subitem "an" of this Item;
