About modification and recognition voided some presidential decrees of Ukraine

1. Make such changes to presidential decrees of Ukraine:

1) in the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 26, 2003 No. 1348 "About improvement of the organization of bill activities":

third of Article 1 to exclude part;

in the paragraph the second Article 2 of the word "improvement of operating conditions of the Center of legal reform and bill works under the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine" to exclude;

2) Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 20.06.2019 No. 419/2019.

2. Recognize to invalid:

The presidential decree of Ukraine of April 29, 1994 No. 198 "About enhancement of work on preparation of bills and to carrying out legal reform";

Item of 19 changes which are made to acts of the President of Ukraine, approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of January 27, 1999 No. 70 "About changes and recognitions voided some acts of the President of Ukraine".

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

1) to resolve in accordance with the established procedure issue concerning formation of the coordination center for provision of legal assistance, to the termination of the Center of legal reform and bill works under the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

2) to provide development and to approve in three-months time the state target program of forming of system of free legal assistance in Ukraine for the period till 2018;

3) to bring the acts into accord with this Decree.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
