About entering of amendments into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About non-tax payments"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About non-tax payments" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1994, No. 5. Art. 157) following amendments:

1. In Article 2:

regarding 1 after words "charges, payments," to add with the word of "assignments";

add Article with part 6 of the following content:

2. Add the law with the Section III-1 of the following content:

"Section III-1. Assignments

Article 19-2. Assignments on development and content of infrastructure of local value

Payer of assignment on development and content of infrastructure of local value is the physical person or legal entity performing development (production) of mineral deposits (except for the minerals applied as construction materials including as raw materials in case of production of construction materials) and irrespective of place of registration making contributions to the local budget in the location of the field.

Assignments on development and content of infrastructure of local value are brought in the local budget to the 20th following for reporting in the amount of 2 percent from revenue without indirect taxes received from realization of minerals.

The procedure for transfer of means in local budgets is determined by the location of fields by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
