Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 3, 2009 No. 1317 "Questions of medico-social examination" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 95, Art. 3265; 2010, No. 65, Art. 2266; 2011, No. 55, the Art. 2201) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 3, 2009 No. 1317

1. In the Regulations on medico-social examination approved by the specified resolution:

1) in Item 10:

in paragraph four:

the first offer after words "Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases" to add with words of "Social Insurance Fund on temporary disability";

in the second offer of the word of "Social Insurance Fund on temporary disability" to exclude;

the fifth to replace the paragraph with paragraphs of such content:

"At least three doctors on specialties which list affirms MZ taking into account profile of the commission, and also the rehabilitation specialist, the doctor-psychologist or the psychologist are part of the commission.

The procedure for participation of representatives of the Pension fund of Ukraine, bodies of public service of employment and other workers of the social sphere affirms MZ in coordination with Minsotspolitiki.";

2) in Item 11:

in subitem 4 of the word "bring in compliance" shall be replaced with words "record citizens who passed the medico-social examination, bring in compliance";
