1. Temporary storage of goods and vehicles under customs control represents the procedure of temporary storage according to which goods and vehicles are stored under customs control in rooms, on open places or in other places which are specially allocated and equipped for these purposes according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. This Regulations on temporary storage of goods and vehicles under customs control (further - the Provision) determine order of interaction of carrier, the warehouse keeper of temporary storage, persons moving goods and customs authority of the Kyrgyz Republic in case of temporary storage of goods and vehicles under customs control, procedure for the room, accounting, storage, issue of goods and vehicles, and also terms of temporary storage.
