According to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes to the Procedure for registration of materials about administrative offenses on rail transport approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of April 12, 2006 No. 337, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 28, 2006 for No. 887/12761, which are applied.

2. To provide to public administration of rail transport of Ukraine submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on state registration in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Efimenko K. O.
