1. Recognize invalid orders of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine:

of October 05, 2005 No. 2694 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out the tenders on sale of shares (share, shares) belonging to the state in property of legal entities", No. 1305/11585 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 31, 2005;

of June 01, 2011 No. 822 "About modification in the regulatory legal act", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 22, 2011 on No. 745/19483.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of the interstate property relations and investing activities submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
