1. Reorganize the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Scientific center of anti-infectious medicines" of Committee of the industry of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation to "Scientific Center of Anti-infectious Medicines" joint-stock company (further - society) with absolute participation of the state in the authorized capital.
2. Determine the main object of activity of society implementation scientific and production economic activity in the field of health care.
3. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of the industry of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) approval of the charter of society;
2) state registration of society in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) assignment of rights of ownership and use of the state block of shares of society to Committee of the industry of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) acceptance of other measures for implementation of this resolution.
4. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
