1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 30, 2008 No. 629 "About approval of form of the conclusion about receipt of currency earnings and procedure for its representation" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 5494, No. 42 published in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper of March 20, 2009 (1639)) the following amendment:

add with Item 3-1 of the following content:

"3-1. Provisions of Items 1 - 3 presents of the order do not extend to the taxpayers performing activities in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the final agreement about the Section of products for whom the conclusion about receipt of currency earnings are the notarized copies of statements provided by the taxpayer to bodies of Tax Service from the joint bank account opened according to the final agreement about the Section of products.".

2. To the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Dzhumadildayev A. S.) provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its subsequent official publication in mass media.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
