About introduction of amendments to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses and the Criminal code of Ukraine concerning strengthening of responsibility for violation of requirements of the legislation on labor protection and protection of subsoil

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

1) in Article 41:

in part two:

the paragraph one to add with the words "except the violation provided by part three of this Article";

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "from two to five" "from four to ten", and the words "from five to ten" - the words "from twenty to forty";

add with part three of such content:

"Violation of established procedure of the message (provision of information) to specially authorized central executive body on supervision of labor protection about labor accident

involves imposing of penalty on officials of the companies, organizations, organizations irrespective of pattern of ownership, physical persons - the entrepreneurs using wage labor and on physical persons who have no status of entrepreneurs and use wage labor, from twenty to fifty tax-free minima income of citizens";

The second Article 47 of the word "from four to six" shall be replaced with words 2) in the paragraph "from ten to thirty", and the words "from ten to fourteen" the words "from thirty to hundred";

The second Article 58 of the word "from ten to fourteen" shall be replaced with words 3) in the paragraph "from thirty to hundred";

4) in the paragraph the second Article 93 of the word "from two to five" shall be replaced with words "from four to ten", the words "from five to ten" - the words "from twenty to forty", and "citizens - owners of the companies or persons authorized by them" to exclude words;
