About modification of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About implementation of public procurements" concerning purchases of goods by the companies of the aircraft constructing industry
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Part third of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About implementation of public procurements" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 33, the Art. 471, No. 35-36, Art. 491; 2012, Art. No. 12-13, 81, No. 18, Art. 156; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of December 22, 2011 No. 4220-VI of March 20, 2012 and of April 12, 2012 No. 4648VI) to add No. 4545-VI with the paragraph of such content:
"goods, according to the completing sheet on airplanes or helicopters and with the material specification and aggregates on aviation engines which are brought in design documentation of developer of product".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
