1. The name and part one of article 292 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (2001, 131) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Art. No. 25-26, in such edition:
"Article 292. Damage of objects main or industrial oil, gazo-, condensate drain lines and oil pipelines

Damage or destruction main or industrial oil, gazo-, condensate drain lines or oil pipelines, branches from them, technologically related objects, constructions, means of accounting, automatic equipment, telemechanics, communication, the alarm system, and also illegal intervention in operation of processing equipment if these actions led to violation of normal operation of the specified pipelines or created danger to life of people,
are punished by penalty from hundred to one thousand tax-free minima of the income of citizens or corrective works for up to two years, or restriction of will for up to five years, or imprisonment for the same term".
