About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine on protection of pension assets

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 5-6, of Art. 30; 2002, No. 5, Art. 30; 2006, No. 8, Art. 90, No. 13, Art. 110, No. 16, Art. 134; 2010, Art. No. 2-3, 11):

Article 93 to add 1) with part nine of such content:

"Pension assets do not join in the liquidating mass of the keeper of the Accumulation pension fund, non-state pension fund and other banks. The order is performed by pension assets of the Accumulation pension fund and assets of non-state pension funds according to the laws of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" and "About non-state pension provision";

Part one of Article 96 to add 2) with Item 2-1 of such content:

"2-1) requirements of the Pension fund of Ukraine concerning obligations to the Accumulation pension fund and requirements of non-state pension funds".

2. Item 4 of part three of article 45 of the Law of Ukraine "About non-state pension provision" (2003, 372) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Art. No. 47-48, in such edition:

"4) implementation at the keeper of temporary administration, introduction of the procedure of sanitation of the keeper, initiation of proceedings about bankruptcy of the keeper, decision making about its liquidation".

3. In Item of 1 part two of article 99 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. No. 49-51, of Art. 376; 2012, No. 7, of the Art. 53, No. 12-13, of the Art. 82) of the word "the license issued by the National Bank of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "banking license".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
