About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine of rather state registration of foreign investments

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Part one of article 395 of the Economic code of Ukraine (2003, 144) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Art. No. No. 18-22, in such edition:

"1. State registration (re-registration) of foreign investments and its cancellation are performed by Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations according to the procedure, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, in seven-day time from the date of submission of documents by the foreign investor for registration (re-registration) of foreign investments and its cancellation".

Part one of Article 1 to add 1) with item 4 of such content:
