About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning providing the right of person to review of judgments

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. The Section IV of the Code of Ukraine on administrative offenses (1984, appendix to No. 51, by the station 1122) to add sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR with Chapter 24-1 of such content:

"Chapter 24-1. Review of the resolution on the case of administrative offense in case of establishment by the international legal agency which jurisdiction is acknowledged Ukraine, violations of the international obligations by Ukraine in case of the solution of case by court

Article 297-1. The right to review of the resolution on the case of administrative offense

The application for review of the resolution on the case of administrative offense can be submitted by person for benefit of whom the decision of the international legal agency which jurisdiction is acknowledged Ukraine is decided.

The resolution on the case of administrative offense can be reviewed from the basis of establishment by the international legal agency which jurisdiction is acknowledged Ukraine, violations of the international obligations by Ukraine in case of the decision by court of case on administrative offense.

Article 297-2. Submission due date of the statement for review of the resolution on the case of administrative offense

The application for review of the resolution on the case of administrative offense can be submitted not later than one month from the date of when person for benefit of whom the decision of the international legal agency which jurisdiction is acknowledged Ukraine is decided knew of acquisition by this solution of the status final.

In case of the omission of term for filing of application for the reasons recognized valid it can be renewed according to the petition of person which submitted the application. The application for review of the resolution on the case of administrative offense is returned to person who gave it if it does not concern question of renewal of this term and also if renewal of term it is refused.
