About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" concerning determination of distribution of powers
Supreme Nada Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 9, the Art. 58, No. 38, Art. 384; 2012, No. 7, Art. 53) such changes:
in paragraph one of part one of Article 43 of the word "according to distribution of powers" shall be replaced with words "it agrees to the distribution of powers determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";
in Article 51 part three:
"local public administrations" shall be replaced with words words "the state collegiate organs, local public administrations";
add with the paragraph the second such content:
"Drafts of acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine can be also submitted in accordance with the established procedure for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by the Prime Minister of Ukraine and the First vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine, vice-Prime Ministers of Ukraine if they do not head the ministry".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
