About introduction of amendments to the Law on the government budget for 2012 No. 282 of December 27, 2011

In the Law on the government budget for 2012 No. 282 of December 27, 2011 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 19-20, of the Art. 46) to make the following changes:

The cost of gold is determined proceeding from the price in Moldovan lei for one gram of gold established by National Bank of Moldova for the working day of increase in the capital less the amounts paid by National Bank of Moldova for reduction of gold in compliance with the requirements established for implementation of transactions in the international market (The London association of participants of the market of precious metals).".
