About introduction of amendments to some orders of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine

According to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine", for the purpose of observance of requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine concerning cost determination of wheel vehicles of physical persons for the purposes of the taxation and charge and payment of other obligatory payments which are levied according to the legislation, I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine which are attached.

2. To provide to the head of department concerning estimative activities submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the director of the department of coordination of development and accomplishment of program documents, assessment and the order objects of state-owned property.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes in some normative-right acts of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine

1. In Regulations on procedure for agreement signature on the cooperation on professional training of appraisers approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of October 29, 2001 No. 1977, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 15, 2001 for No. 955/6146:

1.1. To add Item 3 of Sections I, II of appendix 1 to the Provision with the subitem "g" of such content:

"d) assessment of wheel vehicles of physical persons for the purposes of the taxation and charge and payment of other obligatory payments which are levied according to the legislation".

1.2. To state appendix 2 to the Provision in such edition:
