About introduction of amendments to the Order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of 03.03.2000 No. 433

According to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine" and for the purpose of reduction in compliance with requirements of the current legislation I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of March 03, 2000 No. 433 "About approval of the List of documents which are filed to Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine by initiators of creation of economic societies, including the companies with foreign investments to which authorized capital the property, property rights and other assets which are state-owned property", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 28, 2000 for No. 196/4417 (with changes), such changes is transferred:

1.1. State Item 1 in such edition:

"1. Authorize Management of the interstate property relations and investing activities to carry out work on study of documents concerning creation of economic societies with participation of the state on behalf of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine.".

1.2. In the paragraph the second Item 2 of the word "other non-state founders, including foreign or Ukrainian investors" shall be replaced with words "organizations and the organizations, appropriate subjects of management and non-state participants (founders), including foreign investors".

1.3. In the paragraph the second Item 3:

to "Department of estimative activities" shall be replaced with words words to "Management concerning estimative activities";

"To department of investment projects and property abroad" shall be replaced with words words to "Management of the interstate property relations and investing activities".
