1. Bring in the Procedure for the admission to passing qualification examination of persons who passed training in office of notary public or at the private notary, and holding qualification examination by the Highest qualification commission of notariate, No. 1905/5, approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 28, 2011 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 28, 2011 for No. 926/19664, such changes:

31, 32 to state Items in such edition:

"31. The Commission sends to persons who did not pass qualification examination the excerpt from the decision of the Commission on refusal in issue by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine certificates on the right to occupation notarial activities certified by the signature of the secretary of the Commission to five-day time.

32. The excerpt from the decision of the Commission concerning persons who passed qualification examination for qualification confirmation certified by the signature of the secretary of the Commission, in five-day time from the date of its acceptance is issued to such persons.".

2. To department of notariate, bankruptcy and functioning of the central zaveritelny body (Chizhmar K. I.):

2.1. Provide submission of this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 03, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" (with changes).

2.2. Bring this order to permission of chiefs of head departments of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol.

2.3. Provide proper accomplishment of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
