1. Add with Article 84-1 of the following content:

"84-1. According to Articles 111.5 and 111.7 of this provision, the lump-sum allowance in 6-fold size of official pay rate is issued to the employee of migratory body who stopped service in migratory bodies in connection with submission of the written application about dismissal at own will because of carrying out organizational and regular measures, or achievement of retirement age or for health reasons (except cases, stipulated in Article 82 this provision). From the benefit issued in connection with retirement, the tax does not keep.".

2. State Article 88 in the following edition:

"88. The allowance in the amount of the allowance paid for continuous length of service to police officers of law-enforcement bodies of the Azerbaijan Republic is paid to employees of migratory bodies for continuous length of service in these bodies.".

3. Add with Article 88-1 of the following content:

"88-1. Procedure of payments of continuous length of service of employees of migratory bodies and with respect thereto the allowances issued to them it is established by relevant organ of the executive authority.".
