According to the solution of the Board of directors of the Bank of Russia (N 10) to introduce the minutes of the Board of directors of the Bank of Russia of May 31, 2012 in the Instruction of the Bank of Russia of April 25, 2007 N 1822-U "About procedure for carrying out payments and implementation of calculations in system of gross calculations in real time of the Bank of Russia", registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on May 17, 2007 N 9493, on October 21, 2010 N 18786, on March 2, 2012 N 23396 ("the Bulletin of the Bank of Russia" of May 25, 2007 N 31, of October 27, 2010 N 58, of March 14, 2012 N 14), the following changes.
1.1. In paragraph four of Item 1.1 of the word "the servicing organizations of the Bank of Russia (further - UBR)" shall be replaced with words "divisions of settlement network of the Bank of Russia".
1.2. In subitem 14.2.2 of Item 14.2 of the word "the servicing organization" shall be replaced with words "division of settlement network".
2. This Instruction is subject to official publication in "the Bulletin of the Bank of Russia" and becomes effective since January 1, 2013.
