ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About liquidation of public institution "Committee on sport of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Liquidate public institution "Committee on sport of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

2. To the agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for sport and physical culture together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the measures following from this resolution.

3. Recognize invalid:

1) Item 3 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 29, 2004 No. 1130 "Questions of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 42, the Art. 538);

2) item 4 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 26, 2006 No. 329 "Questions of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2006, No. 15, the Art. 145).

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
