Based on Article part one 39, of paragraphs two and the fourth the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of article 111 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus
1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of RB National Bank of 07.12.2012 No. 640
2. Bring in the Instruction about standard rates of safe functioning for banks and the non-bank credit and financial organizations approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of September 28, 2006 No. 137 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 186, 8/15213; 2008, No. 302, 8/19875), following changes:
in Item 54 of the word "one million 5,0" shall be replaced with words "one million 25,0";
in Item 56:
the words "5, 0 million euros" shall be replaced with words "5, one million euros (since January 1, 2014 - 15, 0 million euros, since January 1, 2015 - 25, 0 million euros)";
the words "one million 25,0" shall be replaced with words "one million 25,0".
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
