"15. The serviceman citizens passing military service under the contract and according to the Federal Law of August 20, 2004 N 117-FZ "About accumulative and mortgage system of housing providing the military personnel" being participants of accumulative and mortgage system of housing providing the military personnel, allocates money for acquisition of premises according to the procedure and on conditions which are established by the Federal Laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.
Action of the paragraph of the twelfth Item 1, of Items 13 and 14 of this Article, and also paragraphs two and third Item 1 of article 23 of this Federal Law does not extend to the specified military personnel citizens and members of their families.".
