violations of the law of the Russian Federation and (or) internal documents of payment NPO by employees of payment NPO;

refusals and (or) violations in work of the automated information systems and technical means and (or) disproportion (insufficiency) of their functionality (characteristics) to nature and scales of activities of payment NPO;
