About modification and amendments in some orders of the Government

The government DECIDES:

1. Item 2 of appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Government No. 635 of June 29, 2005 "About the Public courier service" (2005, No. 92 - 94, 694) to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to the Art. in the following edition:

In the Order of the Government No. 650 of June 12, 2006 "About compensation of the military personnel, the private and the commanding structure of bodies of national defense, state security, public order and law enforcement agencies" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, No. 91-94, of the Art. 692), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:

To exclude 1) in Item 6 of the word "for use on duty foreign languages";

2) appendix No. 2:

2) of Item 2 to add the subitem with words at the end: ", and structure of explosive department of Technical and criminalistic management of Department of police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - at the rate to 50% of official pay rate;";

3. The expenses connected with enforcement of this Resolution will become covered at the expense of the funds allocated for the corresponding year.
